Payment and Billing Terms

Payment can be made by cash, check or bank transfer.
Please make all cheques payable to "Roky Design".
Invoices should be paid immediately; if sent by mail, payment must be made within 5 business days.
Overdue invoices will incur interest at a rate of 4% per month.
Any expenses incurred in collecting outstanding payments will be borne by the customer.

Customer obligations

Clients must ensure that Roky Design staff and third-party service providers have access to the property.
Throughout the project, electricity and water utilities must be provided to Roky Design free of charge.
